Thin wall injection molding is a specialized form of conventional injection molding that focuses on mass-producing plastic parts that are thin and light so that material cost savings can be made and cycle times can be as short as possible.

Unscrewing molds
For caps and threads
It is a unique injection molding process with mold technology that includes movement and rotation to produce threaded components. Some plastic parts, such as caps and fasteners with detailed threads, cannot be removed using standard separation methods. Once molded, the parts need to be carefully unscrewed from the mold to avoid damaging the threads.
